This privacy policy describes how 27NAMES (company ID: BE0552772019) processes the personal data generated by the Rules of Play campaign, what are the uses of that data and to which parties the data can be disclosed. 27NAMES is committed to protecting the privacy of all natural persons, such as customers and users, according to the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (2016/697) (”GDPR”), data protection legislation, as well as all other applicable legislative regulations, and to process personal data according to accepted data controlling and processing methods. ”Personal data” refers to all information about the registered persons on the basis of which they can be directly or indirectly identified, as is defined in the GDPR. Information that cannot be used to directly or indirectly identify the registered person are not personal data.

Rules of Play campaign register
Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Personal data is collected for running the Rules of Play campaign. Processing of personal data is done based on the registered person’s approval. Personal data, incl. the signatures submitted to the campaign website by the registered persons, are not processed as individual information but only for statistical purposes necessary for the campaign. Unique signatures cannot be combined to the registered person’s personal information and they are processed as anonymous statistical data. The registered person’s information is not visible to other registered persons or the campaign website’s administration in any form. The Data Controller sees to the appliance of the EU’s GDPR, principles of privacy protection and other applicable data protection legislation. Personal data is not used for commercial purposes.
Contents of Register
The register may include the following information: name of the registered person, possible information publicly shared by the registered person on social media services, and the registered person’s voluntarily submitted signature.
The data is stored only for the duration required by the compilation of statistics.
Parties Processing the Data
The data is processed carefully and confidentially, and it has been protected with proper technical and administrative procedures. All partners processing personal data are bound by contract and nondisclosure agreement to confidentiality, regarding the registered persons’ data and its processing.
Information Sources
Data can be collected as submitted by the registered person and from information the registered person has publicly shared on social media.
Disclosing Data
Data will only be disclosed with the registered persons approval or to the extent decreed by law. Personal information is not disclosed for commercial purposes.
The campaign website features content and sharing tools from alternative social media services, including, but not limited to, Facebook. You are advised to familiarize yourself with their respective websites to gain information of their use of cookies and other methods of collecting data, as well as which data they are collecting.
Transferring Data Outside the EU and ETA
Personal data is mainly processed and stored within the EU or ETA area. For reasons such as technical demands of processing the data, some of the information contained by the service might be stored and processed also outside of the EU or ETA area. In case data is transferred outside the EU or ETA area, the protection of personal information will be seen to with agreement to process personal data in accordance to data protection regulations and legislation.
Right of Access and Erasure
